Median for September 2019: $325,500
Median for September 2018: $305,750
Result: Up 6.5% percent from last year. Home values still rising fast in our community. Good news if you already own a home, but the increasing prices make it harder for prospective buyers to afford home prices.

Average Days on Market

September 2019: 26 days
September 2018: 27 days
Result: The days needed to sell your home in September is about the same as last year.

Year-to-Date (YTD) Total Homes Sold

September 2019: 12,177 homes sold
