New data released by the Pikes Peak Association of REALTORS® (PPAR) for December 2018 showed a winter slowdown, although the number of homes listed in December is up from last year.

December 2018 Colorado Springs Real Estate Statistics: December showed 11.8% drop in sales from last year, while the median sales price increased by 5.3%. The most interesting statistic is the 20% increase in homes listed this December as compared to last year.
