Cold Weather, Rate Changes Will Impact Bills

Old Man Winter paid us an unpleasant visit this past week. It may be warming up, but the extreme weather left something behind: higher utility bills. 


During the coldest days, customers used 77 percent more natural gas and 23 percent more electricity than what is typical for December.
