A message to our residents concerning COVID-19. We care about your safety.

Please read below regarding important changes to our business operations and the rental of your property that's professionally managed by All Seasons, LLC CRMC.

With the arrival of COVID-19 in our community, we like many institutions, have decided to implement safeguards to help mitigate the impact of this virus. Please know that your safety, as well as that of our staff, clients, and vendors is of the utmost importance to us.

Office Hours

Effective this Wednesday, 3/18, our offices will close to the public. This closure will continue until at least Monday, 3/30 but like so many things in this new reality, this is subject to change and we will let you know if it does. Our entire staff will be available remotely during our normal business hours and therefore, please use existing phone numbers and email addresses to reach our team. If you need to get something to us that cannot be scanned and emailed, please drop it through our mail slot on the front door of our office. 

Routine Maintenance

Regarding routine maintenance requests, please continue to report those through the proper channels - your Tenant Portal, by emailing: maintenance@all-seasons.com, or by calling (719) 632-5581.

We prefer only urgent maintenance issues are called into the phone number, if possible however, if you do not have internet access, it's fine to call in your maintenance item.

Urgent Maintenance

For any urgent maintenance, please do call the (719) 632-5581 number or email: urgent@all-seasons.com. We have confirmed that the majority of our vendors are available as of right now and they just ask that you please refrain from calling in non-urgent maintenance issues if anyone in your household is displaying symptoms of illness.

Please understand that vendors will likely have new protocol regarding things like shaking hands and keeping distance between you and their technicians. By submitting a service request to our office, you are authorizing a vendor to come out and address the maintenance issue.

Walkthroughs and Showings

Regarding any scheduled upcoming Interior Walkthroughs or Showings of your home, you should have or will be receiving a separate email with more details on how we're changing our policies in that regard.

Rent Payments

Regarding rent payments, we are recommending utilizing electronic payments via your Tenant Portal however, you are also welcome to put any checks or money orders through our mail slot on the front door of our office. Please, no cash. If you anticipate any issues with making rent payments, please email Danielle. 

Important Contact Information

Once again, our entire staff is working remotely and available during this time via our email and phones. As always, we prefer email communication but if a call is desired, I've provided the phone numbers below for your convenience. If you're not certain who your Property Manager is, feel free to email me and I'll get your communication to the right person.

Since things can change, please look for further emails if we need to extend our office closure or make other important announcements. Know that we are doing all we can to minimize inconveniences to you and your families.
